PhD Student
Giulia Brioschi obtained her Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at the University of Milan in March 2023.
In April 2023 she won a research fellowship for promising graduates founded by Olon S.p.a. and she pursued her research activity on the application of flow chemistry for the synthesis of pharmacologically active compounds at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Milan under the supervision of Prof. Lucia Tamborini.
Giulia is currently a PhD student in Food Systems (XXXIX cycle) at the University of Milan under the supervision of Prof. Borgonovo and Prof. Dallavalle, and she is working on the development of sustainable chemical processes for the valorization of high-added value molecules (e.g. phenolic compounds) starting from residues of the wine supply chain.
